Green leap works hard to ensure our customers enjoy a positive experience each and every time they visit our store. If for whatever reason, you’re unhappy with the service we have provided we want to know about it, so please email us at feedback@greenleap.com.au and share your comments with us.

returns?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will happily refund your money if you return the goods to us in their original packaging (unused) within 14 days of the original sales date. (Please note that the buyer is responsible for all postage costs and the relevant sales receipt must be included.)

faulty products


If you purchase a product from green leap that turns out to be faulty, please send the product and sales receipt back to us and we’ll refund your money (green leap will also pay any costs associated with delivering the product.) Please make sure you email us with details of the faulty product before you return the goods.

green leap uses Australia Post to deliver the majority of its parcels and most arrive at their destination within 7-10 business days. However, please contact us at info@greenleap.com.au if you need something delivered urgently. We will do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible.If no-one is available to receive your parcel, Australia Post (or the relevant courier company) will leave a delivery notice that will ask you to contact them to organise the collection or delivery of your goods. Our delivery costs are charged in accordance with Australia Post’s current pricing and are added to your purchase at the time of payment. If delivery costs are over or under charged, the purchaser will be charged or redeemed accordingly.

Here are some helpful delivery tips:
• Consider posting your parcel to a work address to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.
• Contact green leap immediately if your parcel isn’t received within the 5-7 business day period.
• Let us know if you have a secure location at home where we can leave the goods in your absence.

Please note that green leap does not take responsibility for goods that are damaged, lost or stolen post delivery or goods that are damaged due to late delivery.

Privacy & Transaction Security
green leap is serious about keeping your personal details private and use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when sending your credit card information to our banking provider, St George. You will notice a padlock symbol in the bottom right corner of the screen when processing a payment via our website. This symbol proves that we use SSL and you can confidently exchange information with us. In accordance with relevant laws, green leap does not store credit card information once your transaction is complete. Our payment gateway is provided by eWay. www.eway.com.au

Sales
green leap remains the rightful owner of all goods until they have been paid in full by the purchaser. In the case that green leap is unable to provide goods to the purchaser, the business holds no liability except to refund all monies associated with the transaction.
